Refund policy

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of purchase as long as they are:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In original, intact packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, tested, or tampered with.

Start a Return (How It Works)

To request a return, email info@atollglow.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. If your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions and the return address. Returns sent without approval may be delayed or not accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending products back to ATOLL GLOW. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect your return and confirm it meets the requirements above, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are not refundable.

  • Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ATOLLGLOW.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging (if possible)

If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. In these cases, we’ll also work with you on the appropriate return/shipping steps.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns or refunds, except if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return an eligible product (following this policy) and place a new order.
